Achievement of Taini (Yingde) Cement Production Line Project

Two new type dry process cement production lines with daily capacity of 6000t

     The first-stage construction of two dry process cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t and auxiliary projects for Taini (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. is invested by the largest cement enterprise in Taiwan—Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd.. And this is the first project of Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd. invested across the sea into Guangdong. The main business operation Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute of Sinoma is the general contractor of this project, carried out whole construction from project designing, auxiliary equipment, construction to production debugging. Pengfei Group manufactured and provided the main machinery rotary kiln. During the construction of project, Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute insisted the spirit of being honest and respecting profession, help each other and win together. They stack to innovation of science and management, relied on mature technology, strict management and powerful inside-out coordination, used all-round optimization design, adopted a series of new technology, new process designing, new equipment, new material. Project Integration Management was implemented. Many negative factors were overcome, such as native complicate geology, fierce flooding disaster. In september,2004 this project was started, then invested in December, 2005,and passed final acceptance of construction in April,2006.Proved by one year’s working condition, its calcinations system, raw material grinding system, coal mill system and packing system etc. had all achieved commissioning. Under the endeavor of owner and contractor, the first-stage construction of two clinker cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t has the features of low-cost, short building period, high quality, high working efficient, etc. The organization, construction, technology, management level and economic target of operation technology, have all reached leading level of national building industry. The first-stage construction of two dry process cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t for Taini (Yingde) is the current largest national general contract project. Through this project, Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute trained and cultivated a large number of excellent technical and managing talents in developing project contraction, designing, purchasing, project management, project economy and so on. His powerful comprehensive ability to contact large size project has been shown, which fatherly raised his advantage in this industry and settled a solid foundation to expand market home and abroad.  The successful construction, as well as the award of performance certification, is another successful model, as the result of adjusting thought, accelerating development, implementing the strategy of general contract-oriented. This project is the important symbol of Institute transforming into international project company.
Jiangsu Penngfei Group cooperating with Sinoma Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute, has developed 10 Φ5×74m cement rotary kilns which are the largest current pure national ones. Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd. Yingde production lines No. 1—4 use 4 of the 10 ones, Fujian Homemade Industrial Cement Co., Ltd. uses 2, Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd. Guigang production lines No. 1—4 use 4. National building material machinery quality measurement examined that the 10 rotary kilns reach international leading level, and the customers gives a good evaluation. Jiangsu Penngfei Group has contracted cement rotary kilns of Nanjing Dazhi, Hebei Luquan, Fujian Chunchi, Zhejiang Shaoxing, Hunan Chenzhou, and Guangdong Ningjiang and so on. The rotary kilns are sold well in 29 provinces and autonomous regions, and the capacity is No.2 of domestic colleague industry. Jiangsu Penngfei Group ranks No.20 among China building material industry.

The first-stage project was in production ahead of time.
    The first-stage construction of two pure low temperature remaining heat –powered dry process cement production lines with daily capacity of 5000t. And this is the first project of Taiwan leading cement enterprise -- Taiwan Cement Co., Ltd. invested across the sea into Guangdong. NCDRI was the general contractor of this project, carried out whole construction from project designing, auxiliary equipment, construction to production debugging. This project is the current domestic largest, and 100% non-smoking calcinations cement clinker production line projecet.

Extremely Magnificent Completion Celebration

On April 20, 2006, in the first-stage working site of, Taini (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. Taiwan Cement sixty years’ long living-- The Completion Celebration of the first-stage Yingde project was held. The leaders of Taiwan Affairs Office, Guangdong province, China Cement Association, etc., wife of Taini Honorary chairman madam Yan Zhuoyun, chairman Gu Chengyun, and hundreds of distinguished cement industry guests from Taiwan and mainland, presented the celebration. The former director of National Building Material bureau Wang Yanmou and the president of China Cement Association Lei Qianzhi were invited as distinguished leader guests.

In the celebration, Taini Cement chairman Gu Chengyun addressed passionately, and proclaimed that the first-period project of Taini (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. be totally put on stream smoothly, then expressed heartfelt thanks to distinguished guests who gathered in Yingde and witnessed another exciting moment of sixty years’ development of Taiwan Cement. He also introduced the company’s ethics of preserving quality as a all-encompassing unity, and showed the determination to be the leader in south China market and rank among top-three of mainland cement industry.The whole celebration was overwhelming and spectacle, which made every employee of Jiangsu Pengfei as excited as Taini Company’s, because the workers has paid too much for this project. Our pay was worthy, for we made Taini Company’s dream come true, meanwhile, this project showed our ability on contracting large cement production line construction.
